Here we’ll cover the main actions involved in scheduling an appointment through the Sundek Appointment Calendars automated system.
Please use this link so you can enter the Sundek Appointment Calendar.
Use your Sundek email and password
Make sure all lead information is ready for conversion.
Click on “Convert” to start the conversion process.
Type the job name (e.g., “ATV Server model”).
Wait until the system finishes converting the lead.
Once conversion is complete, go to the opportunity number.
Copy the last six digits of the opportunity number.
Go to the Sunday Appointment Calendar.
Paste the last six digits of the opportunity number into the filter field.
Check that the customer’s information, sales rep’s information, and appointment date and time appear correctly.
Ensure that the address is correct. If necessary, update the address.
Send the confirmation email.
Wait a moment for the email to be processed.
Refresh the page to check for updates.
Confirm that the appointment date and time have been placed correctly in the system.
Go back to the calendar view.
Remove the hold status from the appointment entry.
Ensure everything is finalized and accurate.
